2. Scope

These terms apply to website creation services, maintenance, automations, digital support, as well as the sale and provision of A.T.O software (executable licenses or online software).

3. Quote and order

Each service is based on a quote defining scope, indicative timelines and conditions. The order is confirmed in writing (email or signature). A deposit may be required.

4. Pricing

Website services are quoted on request. Software and options are offered according to license, country and features. VAT applies according to the applicable regime.

5. Payment

Payment terms are indicated in the quote. In case of late payment, penalties may apply and services may be suspended after a reminder.

6. Delivery and go-live

Delivery occurs after acceptance. Reasonable corrections are included within the agreed scope. Additional requests may be billed separately.

7. Maintenance

Maintenance content is defined in the subscribed plan (updates, backups, support). Backups do not replace the client's own internal policy.

8. Intellectual property

Deliverables are granted according to the quote after full payment. Third-party elements (themes, fonts, plugins, services) remain subject to their licenses.

9. Data and confidentiality

Data processing is carried out to provide the service. Details are described in the site's privacy policy.

10. Liability

A.T.O Site Creation Digital is bound by an obligation of means. Liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant service. Third-party services (hosting, payments, automations, APIs) remain under their respective providers' responsibility. Force majeure excludes liability.

11. Support

Support by email, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm). Response times are indicative.

12. Subscription commitment and launch offer

Subscription plans (maintenance, hosting, online software) are provided with a minimum 12-month commitment.
Cancellation is possible with 30 days notice after the initial commitment period.
The launch offer "website setup at 0 EUR" applies as follows:
one-page / showcase / portfolio = 24-month commitment; e-commerce = 36-month commitment.
In case of early termination during the commitment period, the remaining balance may be invoiced according to the signed quote.

13. Applicable law / jurisdiction

French law applies. However, mandatory provisions of the client's country within the EU remain applicable.

14. A.T.O software

A.T.O software is provided under a non-exclusive license. Activation, updates and limitations depend on the license and options chosen. Modules may vary by version. France: for the "Quote & Invoice" software, the "INVOICE" feature is disabled; only quote generation is available. Outside France, invoicing may be available depending on country, option or license. Rental and ERP software include modules that vary by version.

15. Withdrawal

Services are mainly intended for professionals. The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to B2B. The client should verify their status.

16. Local compliance

The client ensures compliant use with local regulations (accounting, invoicing, data protection).
